The Genesis 

  When Krishna and I met that fateful day on 14 Sep 17, we had a shared dream and a white hot desire, a desire to explore and enrich our lives. We so wanted to go transcending the obviousness of human tranquility, that we decided to project our vision beyond the visible horizon. We agreed to partner as empowered professionals, sharing our learnings and re creating our experiences into a potent reservoir of knowledge. Our Singular Goal : To Touch, Move and Inspire whosoever we have the privilege of interacting with, in the personal and professional sphere of life. In fact, we synchronised our aspirations to merge our professional and personal beings into a single energetic orb of radiant hopefuleness. To set forth on a journey of sharing, learning and gratitude. We knew that knowledge is best served unbiased undiluted and unfiltered. And that is what we both have been good at, in our respective zones of interest. And now it was time to extend our influence.

  After twenty five years of meritorious service in the Indian Army, and having 'been there and done that', I reasoned that the best way for me to retain my energetic best is to continuously reinvent myself in the domain that I love to exist in. So training in Leadership came to me as easily as ; well you can add any metaphor that has come to your mind, and it shall fit! Krishna came up with the name 'The Leadership Tribe', a name that resonates with our beliefs as a trainer and coach.The word 'Tribe' had an interesting analogy to it, and why we decided to amalgamate the word tribe with leadership is evident from the meaning it spills forth. A simple google search on Merriam-Webster defines a Tribe as:



- A group of persons having a common character, occupation, or interest

- A category of taxonomic classification ranking below a subfamily; also : a natural group irrespective of taxonomic rank 



  The second definition is rather entrancing. "A natural group irrespective of rank". This seemingly innocuous phrase symbolises the core philosophy of our company. Right from the moment we got our plans into action, our intent was clear, pillars of knowledge cannot be built over foundations of selfdom. The question was not how much we know and how much we have to give, but more about how much more we can learn and how much we can share. 



  A leader has to be on a continuous learning curve, and every moment for him is an experience to share. Tribes are a natural group, devoid of social trappings of rank and structure save for the unifying chord of a common quest. Thus, when we coined the name 'The Leadership Tribe', we envisioned a family, a working group, a coherent team of professionals with a unifying need for personal fulfillment. A tribe commited to a common task of enriching inherent leadership skills and knowing more about the integration of the same into actual practice into a daily routine. We look at it as the karma of self governance, where we lead ourselves by an integrated network of shared learnings. 


  There is no 'I' in our programmes, it is all about the 'We'. In our workshops we reach out to the 'I' and learn to make it adapt to identfy itself with other 'I's' and thereby create a transformational shift in personality and leadership skills. The 'We' is the resultant outcome.

  Leadership Tribe is here to stay. With the advent of the New Year, the 'Tribe' is commited to chart its course in the real world by staying relevant and universal in its appeal. All through this new year, we shall grow on our strengths and labour on our percieved challenges to sharpen ourselves into cutting edge human technology drivers. Our motto to 'Touch, Move and Inspire' will enlighten minds to explore new vistas of inner understanding and personal mastery. We move forth with the freshness of 2018 to live upto our motto and render authentic and high quality service to all those who wish to become a part of the Tribe. Looking forward to an awesome year of massive transformations and stupendous wisdom.
